We are not a fee-free, high-volume brokerage. Our focus is on providing considered, professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

 

With over 25 years’ experience in financial services, we provide structured, professional mortgage advice — not just rate sourcing. Our fees reflect the expertise, responsibility, and time involved in delivering that service.

Our fees are typically payable in two stages — part on application and the balance on mortgage offer.

 

All fees are agreed with you in advance before any application is submitted.

 

In exceptional cases involving significant complexity or specialist requirements, a higher fee may apply. This will always be clearly explained before you proceed.

Buy to Let / Self-employed / Complex Income Cases - £695

Designed for cases requiring a higher level of expertise, including complex income structures and specialist lending criteria. We provide structured guidance and proactive case management to navigate lender requirements efficiently.

Portfolio Landlords / Adverse Credit / Highly Complex Cases - £795

For more complex scenarios such as portfolio landlords, adverse credit profiles, or cases involving multiple layers of underwriting, a more detailed and strategic approach is required. We provide in-depth case assessment, careful lender selection, and hands-on management throughout to navigate complexity and achieve the right outcome.​​​​​​
